Terry Ross has been an active Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, Commercial Loan Executive and Investor for the last 35 years in Southern California. As a recognized expert in his field, Terry is a featured writer and syndicated columnist on real estate issues and trends both locally and nationally. In addition to real estate, Terry also owns and manages a successful advertising company.

Terry also has an extensive marketing and media background and has advised major organizations and newsgroups on their marketing campaigns. Starting as an Advertising Agent for Pacific Coast Realty/Pacific Coast Sports, Terry Launched his own marketing and media company and has played a strategic role in various product launches across diverse industries. Terry has also been a producer and on-air commentator for various radio outlets.

For the past 5 years, Terry has focused on assisting Cannabis Industry Participants with their Real Estate needs. Terry has assisted the industry in property sales, new project development, property re-development, Financing and facility leasing. As a part of his services, Terry has assisted property owners and buyers with business and real estate valuations, zoning and land use issues, conditional use permits, construction needs, and marketing of investor projects.

In addition to the practice of real estate, he has been a syndicated columnist on the subject since 1986 and his Realty Views currently runs in the Long Beach Business Journal. Terry has also been a featured real estate writer for the Sumichrast Publications/Arthur Anderson Real Estate Services Group publications.

A resident of South Orange County, Terry graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Terry sits on a number of boards and is actively involved with his community.

Terry has been the go-to representative for experienced investors and corporate clients such as Transformational Learning Systems, Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, International Sports and Event Marketing and Tibeir Investments, among others.

As an Investor and Project General Partner, Terry has consistently provided above market returns to his partners. Terry has funded and managed income property partnerships from acquisition to liquidation, as well as overseeing the rehabilitation and repositioning of the property.
